Their outfits may instead be laced with all sorts of extra details that we *can't* see. They don't care what humans can see in their outfits, so long as they don't stick out like neon blinking signs that would give them away. I'm thinking that the appearance of their clothing is similar to how flowers often look beautiful and detailed to us, even though we're missing out on a lot of the nuance that's only visible in UV (and therefore only visible to some kinds of pollinating insects): the detail that we can see is accidental. They would likely see mood as intrinsically linked to your appearance, far more than we do, because your mood can affect how your body heat is distributed. Their night sky would look completely different to them, perhaps with no visible stars. Writing would have to be done with an 'ink' that has thermally different properties from the paper, rather than just reflecting a different color. All their computer readouts would have to emit heat, rather than just light. Assuming their vision is primarily thermal, they would potentially have a very different outlook on the world. I definitely think this aspect of the predator's biology isn't explored enough.
